Practice Self-Assessment
The Practice Self-Assessment Questionnaire provides GPs with a simple method for examining the needs of their clinical practice and identifying key areas for change or improvement.
Through the questionnaire you and your staff can explore new ways of working to enhance the efficiency of your practice and your effectiveness as care providers. [please note that this questionnaire is being revised]
The Practice Support Program (PSP) offers training, support, and funding to help you and your staff implement the changes you identify as priorities for your practice.
